WHERE?
We can't really think of a better place to refresh and reset than the luscious jungle of Costa Rica. The retreat will take place at Hacienda Latica, a beautiful lodge located in Guanacaste just 10 minutes from the beach. The closest airport is Liberia. It's the perfect place to disconnect from routine and enjoy life! It has a pool, fire pit area, and is surrounded by greeeeeeen.

Because you deserve it. This retreat is an amazing opportunity to experience some of the best Costa Rica has to offer all in one place. We put together an inclusive package that features an incredible team of healers local to Costa Rica.
. We are so fortunate we get to enjoy this magical country and its people. That is why we donate 10% of profits from our retreats to CEPIA, a nonprofit that helps low income families in Guanacaste.
5 NIGHTS ACCOMODATION
Gorgeous property surrounded by nature. Includes pool, fire pit, AC and is located near Playa Negra.
ALL MEALS
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and tea will be provided. Plant based with the exception of eggs.
MASSAGE
One 60 minute complimentary massage is included per person with the option to add more.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
YOGA EVERYDAY
Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin styles. We provide mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and sandbags.
WATERFALL DAY TRIP
An excursion to a waterfall & lunch at a local cafe
Cacao Ceremony
Marian connects us with the land, culture, and each other with the spirit of cacao in a ceremonial space
SOUND HEALING
An incredible experience with Lau and Jerad of PuraVida Vibrations.
TEMAZCAL CEREMONY
A traditional sweat lodge experience lead by Costa Rica's own Flor De La Vida Believed to cleanse the body.mind, and spirit.

MORNING MEDITATION AND FLOW
7:30am
We will begin each morning with a short meditation and yoga practice lead by Andi or Jamie
BREAKFAST
8:45am
Delicious meals packed with nutrients from our wonderful Chef's of Tico Gourmet, who are local to Costa Rica
WORKSHOP / CEREMONY
10am-12pm
During this time we will have a workshop some days and free time on others. (Alignment, noni, Flower Therapy)
LUNCH
12:30pm
All meals are plant based and gluten free. Eggs are available daily. Any dietary restrictions/accommodations can be made.
POOL TIME/ MASSAGES
1:00pm-3:30pm
Take advantage of the pool, explore the property, read, sunbathe, take a walk to the coolest local cafe
