This all inclusive retreat is for anyone seeking to connect with themselves on a deeper level without the distractions and demands of every day life. We will be spending five nights at Om Jungle, located in Samara on the Nicoya peninsula, it is one of the five blue zones of the world. Nestled up in the mountains and completely immersed in nature, OM is the perfect place to turn inward. We'll explore different plant medicines and wellness practices, enjoy delicious, nutritious meals made with ingredients grown on the land, make meaningful connections and return home feeling more centered and inspired.

What's Included
ALL MEALS
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and tea is provided by Tico Gourmet. All meals are plant based and full of flavor. Many of the fruits, veggies, and herbs used are grown at OM jungle, where we are staying.
HAPÉ CIRCLE
Jesús and Jamie will guide us in a hapé circle. Hapé is an indigenous medicine that helps clear energy and helps to obtain a more meditative state.

BREATHWORK
Discover how powerful and healing the breath can be with a beautiful breathwork experience.
DAILY YOGA
Yoga will be offered at least once daily. Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin will all be offered. We provide mats, blocks, and other props so you can travel lighter.
MUSHROOM CEREMONY
The intentional consumption of psilocybin dates all the way back to the time of the Aztecs. A transformative experience, participants will be supported throughout every stage of their journey.
CACAO CEREMONY

Lodging Options
What does each day look like?
Every day will begin with meditation and movement. Coffee, tea, and fruit (if requested) will be available at 6:45am. Breakfast will be served after yoga. Some days we will have breathwork, or a hape cirle before eating breakfast. Free time will typically follow breakfast until lunch. During this time you can enjoy the pool, bee beds, the cold plunge or a massage. A second yoga class will be offered in the late afternoon, and a ceremony will take place before eating dinner.
