Set on the pacfic coast of Guanacaste, Costa Rica in the quiet yet gorgeous beach village of Playa Junquillial, this six night retreat offers a rare pause from the constant pull of everyday life. Days unfold with waking to the sounds of waves, ocean view yoga, nutritious meals bursting with flavor, sacred ceremonies, private beach access, and watching the sun melt into the sea gathered around fire pits under open skies. Every detail is thoughtfully handled so you can let go of logistics, step out of routine and allow yourself to be fully present in a place that makes it easy to slow down.
What's Included
ALL MEALS
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and tea is provided by Tico Gourmet. All meals are plant based, full of flavor and made from scratch.
Accomodation
6 nights at a gorgeous ocean front propery with private access to the beach. All rooms have ocean views, AC, and private bathrooms.

Writing Sessions
Dana will guide whoever is interested through creative writing and journaling using thoughtfully curated prompts.
DAILY YOGA
Yoga will be offered at least once daily. Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin will all be offered. We provide mats, blocks, and other props so you can travel lighter.
CACAO CEREMONY

TEMAZCAL

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
We will provide and arrange transportation to the retreat from Liberia Airport, and from the retreat back to Liberia.
