Join us on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica where lush jungle meets turquoise waters. We'll be staying in cozy casitas just steps from the beach, surrounded by wildlife. This retreat isn't about doing more or becoming someone new, its about giving your body, mind, and spirit the time and environment they've been asking for. To rest deeply, To feel present. To connect meaningfully with oneself, others and nature, You'll leave this retreat feeling replenished, grounded, and deeply cared for.

What's Included

ALL MEALS

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and tea is provided by Tico Gourmet. All meals are plant based, full of flavor and made from scratch.

DAILY YOGA

Yoga will be offered at least once daily. Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin will all be offered. We provide mats, blocks, and other props so you can travel lighter.

Coffee Workshop

Learn about different types of coffee and what makes speacialty coffee so special with our friends at Iriria.

Breathwork

Discover the powerful, healing benefits of the breath with a beautiful breath work ceremony.

Mushroom journey

An intentional experience that offers space for whatever comes up- inner clarity, complete presence, emotional release, expanded perspective, etc. Supported with preparation and integration.

Accomodation

6 nights stay in cute caribbean casitas steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

HAPÉ CIRCLE

Hapé is tobacco snuff sometimes mixed with herbs or barks. It's an indigenous medicine that helps clear energy and helps to obtain a more meditative state.

Massage

A relaxing 60 minute massage is included with every booking. Option to add on massages at an additional cost if arranged in advance

Waterfall visit

We'll visit gorgeous waterfalls about 30 minutes away from where we are staying.

Airport transportation

We will provide one shuttle from the San Jose Airport to the retreat space the day the retreat begins and a shuttle from the retreat space to the San Jose airport the day the retreat ends.
