Jamie's yoga classes are for people of all levels. Her classes focus on breath to movement synchronicity and making physical alignment adjustments while listening to the body in each pose. You'll leave Jamie's class feeling physically, mentally and emotionally refreshed. From beach yoga to indoor classes you will receive a quality class at an affordable price. Jamie ensures to make yoga accessible to everyone; she took her first yoga class in 2009 and has been teaching in Tamarindo since 2018. Classes offered in English and Spanish.

Yoga as is meant to be a personal practice. Jamie as a teacher-practitioner gently crosses over to allowing her clients to feel guided versus being taught. The session flows beautifully throughout the postures and movements. Her voice, her smile, skill and energy makes for a class while worth attending.

Jamie came to teach a private lesson at our rental villa & it was great! She was responsive in organizing the class, provided mats and blocks etc. Her class was great and ensured all participants had assistance and variations to do throughout the class! Would definitely love to take her class again & would recommend to anyone visiting Tamarindo.
